MindPlan Calendar

MindPlan Calendar is a classical group appointment calendar that enables you to collect appointments of selected persons and display them in the following overviews:

daily, weekly or monthly overview

survey of employees and resources

survey of teams

create/edit individual appointments, e.g for freelancers

maintenance of resources like vehicles, rooms etc.

Dates and appointments are read out from the personal calendars and stored in one or several group calendar databases, depending on the desired access rights.

Displaying dates in Weilgut MindPlan
Information based on MindPlan Calendar is also available in Weilgut MindPlan, where you can integrate it into analyses and surveys. This way you receive, for example, a survey of all vacation dates of your employees, without having to reproduce them once more in Weilgut MindPlan.

Updating Appointments and Tasks in the User Calendars
Additionally, appointments delegated to colleagues can be automatically transfered to their personal calendar. If an activity has a date assigned to it, it is stored selectively as an appointment or a task, according to your preferences. Without a date, it is stored as a task by default. Finished or deleted activities are automatically deactiveted or removed in the user calendars.
