MindPlan SDK
Developer license

The MindPlan SDK allows you to create custom adjustments and extensions for the MindPlan applications. For this purpose, the MindPlan developers license contains:

documentation of variables and views
  • All important variables and views within the MindPlan documents are documented in the MindPlan SDK.
data processing for MindPlan
  • With the knowledge of MindPlan's variables and views, you will be able to augment your own databases with the features of Weilgut MindPlan. It is your decision whether you will meet the challenge of integrating MindPlan into your application or process data for MindPlan and transfer it to the MindPlan database.
generating custom forms and SDK configuration
  • MindPlan SDK allows you to embed your own Lotus Notes forms and application part into the MindPlan interface. Configuration file entries make it possible to add them to your MindPlan "Create" menu. This enables the user to create your custom forms and maintain them in the Notes editor. You can also set dependencies with the configuration. If, for example, you want an agenda entry placed only below the appropriate agenda form in MindPlan, you can set the required dependencies in the SDK configuration.
XML import/export
  • The MindPlan XML interface is a very powerful tool for importing and exporting data at your disposal. The layout of the interface is described in detail in the SDK documentation.
open Notes database design
  • The application design of the Notes database belonging to MindPlan is inaccessible for the normal user. With MindPlan SDK the design of the Lotus Notes databases is disclosed. Currently, some script libraries are exempted and delivered without design. However, they are not relevant for the adjustment of masks, views and content.

Note: Using the MindPlan SDK requires profound knowledge in Lotus Notes development. The developer should be proficient in the use of the application designer and the development of programs with the Notes specific macro and LotusScript programming languages.
