MindPlan Sync Appointment synchronisation

MindPlan Sync promotes data replication of any MindPlan with your personal Lotus Notes calendar. Thus both directions of the replication process will be provided.

Transferring datas to your datebook
Your personal activities with you set as an editor will be transferred to your personal datebook during synchronisation. If an activity provides an appointment entry and if this entry shall be filed as an appointment or as a task you may assign alternatively . Without a given activity date MindPlan will always create a task. Settled and deleted activities will be deactivated and respectively removed from your datebook.
