MindPlan TimeRecord time and activity recording (available from 3rd Quarter 2006)

MindPlan TimeRecord enables you to register time, expenses and other costs.

You can store your data concerning orders and sales as well as costs for your resources (e.g. the hourly rate for an external assistant) in custom accounts, and link those accounts to your MindPlan projects oder phases of a project. 

The accounting of time and expenses by your employees provides you with a target/actual comparison of your planning and reality. In combination with the option to store costs individually in MindPlan you can create financial transparency for all your projects and schedules.

MindPlan TimeRecord can be used with all versions of MindPlan, including MindPlan Viewer. Please keep in mind that MindPlan TimeRecord requires licensing also for the users of MindPlan Viewer. For a survey of different MindPlan versions, please click here.
