In the planning of marketing and sales, Weilgut MindPlan's embedded mixture of finding ideas and planning comes into prominence. In the process of finding ideas you define which marketing and sales projects you would like to implement and collect all the facts in the MindPlan document management.
Often costs, resources and other practical conditions pose a limit to your ideas and wishes, and only a small part of them make their way into planning and implementation. Thus an annual plan for marketing and distribution typically consists of completely planned actions and a collection of ideas and wishes that can be seized in the following year. No valuable information is lost, and you can get a continuos outline of your costs, resources and dates in marketing and distribution. | |

| Corporate Presentation and Central Repository for Files and Documents |
| In this application example, MindPlan serves as a repository for presentations, images and videos, which are distributed to all firm locations of EWAB Engineering via Lotus Notes replication in order to secure a unified corporate identity. Additionally, MindPlan serves as a medium for presentation, through which the files can be viewed with any application. | |

| Staff Management incl. Calendar Integration |
In addition to knowledge mangement, the company EWAB engineering uses Weilgut MindPlan for staff planning. Every customer project is listed within a MindPlan. Employees are selected from a pool and assigned to the projects for a certain time.
The staff planning is conducted by three production schedulers with a pool of employees of their own. By means of stored analyses, all schedulers are able to view the summary of all resources at any time, also those of their colleagues. Thus, employees will be optimally assigned. | |
