Please note that only customers that have concluded a valid Update+ or a support agreement with Haus Weilgut are eligible for the support services of Haus Weilgut. We will not provide support beyond the processing of comprehensible product errors if you do not have concluded an Update+ contract or support agreement for a product of our Weilgut eOffice line yet.
